AccuRoll™ Natural
Traditional fully fatted chemistry
High quality multipurpose rolling oil developed for rolling ferrous and non-ferrous metals, such as steel, aluminum, brass, copper and copper alloys. The use of choice white grease as a base stock, combined with lubrication additives, buffering agents, and a blend of surfactants are tailored for the operation’s water source and mill configuration. These products are ideal for both batch and continuous mills where contamination from maintenance lubricants is high.

Traditional chemistry optimized with synthetic additives
Advanced quality multipurpose rolling oil created with proprietary blends of natural and synthetic esters as a base. These products allow for further improvements in lubrication and post anneal cleanliness. AccuRoll™ Full-Synthetic
Best-in-class chemistry for increased longevity and consistency
Superior quality multipurpose rolling oil engineered with advanced synthetic esters and additives for rolling ferrous and non-ferrous metals, such as steel, aluminum, brass, copper and copper alloys. Full synthetics offer the best anneal volatilization performance while reducing the potential for oxidation and polymerization. They are ideal for large solution systems with long rolling campaigns and reduce total cost of ownership though diminished overall consumption.

AccuRoll™ Pickle
Customized pickle oils for reduced consumption and improved cleanliness
Developed in conjunction with the rolling oil selected, these products use similar bases and lubrication additives for improved lubrication and reduced consumption. This product improves
strip cleanliness through the use of extreme pressure additives that allow for lower roll forces and cleaner burn-off in anneal.

AccuRoll™ Threading
Compatible fluids formulated to work in conjunction with your rolling oil
AccuRoll™ threading fluids are designed to replace conventional solvents used on batch mills for improved roll bite during threading. These products incorporate a synthetic ester component that adds to the rolling solutions lubrication while still allowing clean burn-off in anneal.

AccuRoll™ Last Stand Cleaner
Optimized to reduce strip defects and improve cleanliness
AccuRoll™ last stand cleaners are formulated for use on mills that typically use a lean emulsion on the last stand. A combination of surfactants and anti-stain additives keep the work rolls clean and reduce incidents of roll marks and emulsion stain.
