HydraClean™ HFA-E
HydraClean HFA-E is an emulsion-based fire-resistant hydraulic fluid engineered to meet the challenges of industrial hydraulic systems. This highly stable emulsion is developed with best-in-class corrosion inhibitors, stabilizers, and lubricity modifiers, and provides superior performance in all water sources when mixed at a rate of 2.0% by volume.
HydraClean™ HFA-S
HydraClean HFA-S is a full synthetic fire-resistant hydraulic fluid engineered to meet the challenges of industrial hydraulic systems. This true solution, developed with best-in-class corrosion inhibitors, stabilizers, and lubricity modifiers provides superior performance in all water sources when mixed at the rate of 2.0% by volume.
HydraClean™ HFD-U
The HydraClean HFD-U series are polyol ester fire-resistant hydraulic oils, that provide exceptional oxidation resistance and the highest fire and flash points compared to other synthetic ester products. The HydraClean HFD-U product line is FM and MSHA approved.
HydraClean™ HFD-V
The HydraClean HFD-V series are best-in-class natural ester/synthetic ester hybrids, fire-resistant hydraulic oils. Formulated to provide excellent oxidation stability along with a high fire and flash point, these cost-effective, high lubricity products are an excellent choice for systems in fire prone operations with high leaks and as a replacement with HFC type hydraulic fluids.
Athena™
Premium anti-wear hydraulic oils, utilizing either mineral or PAO base oils, designed for service in piston, vane or gear pumps operating at pressures over 1000 psi and/or speeds over 1200 rpm.
Poseidon™ SD
Poseidon™ SD is a series of premium rust and oxidation inhibited oils formulated with highly refined paraffinic base oils that meet the MORGOIL Advanced Lubricant requirements for demulsibility and super demulsibility. They provide excellent oxidation and corrosion inhibition as well as foam and aeration suppression. Provides good anti-wear control for steel, brass and bronze pump parts at system pressures below 1,000 psi, with excellent water separation and hydrolytic stability.
AccuRoll™ N
The AccuRoll™ N series are naturally fatted rolling oils designed for the cold reduction of steel, including double cold reduction applications. These products maintain a strong lubricant film through the hydrodynamic and mixed lubrication zones, supporting high mill speeds and reduction rates while delivering a uniform surface finish, even at low concentration.
AccuRoll™ FS
The AccuRoll™ FS series provides cold and hot mill rolling lubricants engineered for ferrous and yellow-metal rolling operations. Formulated with synthetic esters and alcohols, these products improve roll wear and enhance material surface quality, ensuring a clean burn-off during annealing — with options non-staining to yellow metals and stable in both soft and hard water types.
AccuRoll™ RF
Water-dilutable forming fluids for welded steel, galvanized and non-ferrous tube manufacturing operations. The AccuRoll RF series keeps rolls clean and provides effective lubrication for thin and heavy walled tubes.
AccuRoll™ RG
The AccuRoll™ RG series are true solution synthetic fluids designed for roll grinding operations, including ferrous and chromed rollers. Formulated with proprietary lubricants, surfactants, and corrosion inhibitors in an oil-free formulation, these products deliver excellent corrosion protection and grinding performance.
AccuRoll™ TM
AccuRoll(TM) TM series was developed for use on sheet temper mills, providing lubrication for desired elongation and roll mark reduction. A qualified Kodiak technical representative can help determine the application method and concentration suited to your process and duration goals.
PureClean™ SP
PureClean SP are water-based products that can be used in spray systems to remove oils, residues, and chips from machined parts while providing short and long-term corrosion protection.
PureClean™ SK
PureClean SK are developed for use in immersion cleaning applications such as soaking and ultrasonic systems. Available in both solvent and water-based formulations, PureClean SK prevents the redeposition of soils onto the parts.
PureClean™ FC
Floor and maintenance cleaners developed for use in floor scrubbers, mop and bucket, and pressure washers to remove heavy greases, oil, and tire marks on exposed concrete and coated surfaces.
MetalShield™ RP
True solution and emulsion-based rust inhibitors for short and long-term storage of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Films range from dry to slightly oily.
MetalShield™ RP
Oil-based rust preventives with high flash-points developed to provide medium to long-term rust protection in high humidity, corrosive, and acid atmospheres. Film on the parts can range from a light oil to a heavy grease.
MetalShield™ RP
Solvent-based rust preventive with drying time from 20 minutes to 1 hour. These products provide protection in high humidity, corrosive, and acid atmospheres. Film left on the parts ranges from dry to the touch to slightly oily.
Pericles™
The Pericles series of synthetic industrial EP gear oils are PAO-based high-performance lubricants exceeding the requirements of AIST 224, AGMA 9005-F16 anti-scuff, and DIN 51517, Part 3. These products are excellent choices for use in extended drain interval and harsh condition applications.
Hercules™
Extreme pressure industrial gear oils formulated with high-viscosity index base oils and select additives to provide good adhesion properties, corrosion protection, and no foam. Recommended for enclosed gear, chain, or sprocket drives.
GearShield™
The GearShield(TM) series of synthetic industrial EP gear oils are high-performance lubricants exceeding the requirements of AIST 224, AGMA BG/GS-F18 anti-scuff and DIN 51517, Part 3. These products are excellent choices for use in extended drain interval conditions.
Apex™
The Apex series of aluminum complex greases provide superior corrosion protection on metal surfaces, even in the presence of aggressive mill water, minimizing water etching and staining. Apex greases contain proprietary high-performance polymer additives, providing superior adhesion to metal surfaces for continuous lubricant protection. Extreme pressure and anti-wear additives protect against wear during “mixed film” lubrication and provide lubricity over a wide range of temperatures.
Olympus™
Olympus delivers superior water-resistance and extreme pressure performance, protecting equipment from failures and unplanned downtime. These greases are designed for plain and anti-friction bearing applications operating under high stress/high load conditions, coupled with high ambient temperatures typically found in heavy-duty industrial and off-road applications.
PolyShield™
PolyShield is a polyurea-thickened lubricating grease formulated with the highest quality base oils available. Fortified with corrosion and oxidation inhibitors, PolyShield is an excellent choice for the lubrication and protection of high-speed electric motor bearings as well as other industrial applications.
Triton™
The Triton series of EP lithium hydroxystearate greases are formulated to provide extra protection against wear, rusting, and water washout. These greases are recommended for most types of industrial applications including heavy-duty applications where high unit pressures or shock loads are present.
Spartan™
The Spartan series of lithium complex greases are effective for a wide variety of applications and severe operating conditions. These greases are formulated to provide excellent high temperature performance with superb adhesion, structural stability, and resistance to water contamination. They provide a high level of chemical stability and offer excellent protection against rust and corrosion.
